These Terms of Service govern your use of ProcurementGigs, operated by Foundry Holdings Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ProcurementGigs is a private job matching service for procurement professionals. We match members with relevant open roles from employers’ own career sites and from employers who post with us, show them on the member’s dashboard, and, for members who opt in, send a weekly SMS of their top matches. Members apply directly on the employer’s own job page.

Member Accounts

To become a member you must provide accurate information, including your mobile phone number and professional details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to approve or decline membership applications at our discretion.

SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and enrolling in the ProcurementGigs Job Alerts program, you agree to receive recurring automated job alert text messages from ProcurementGigs, operated by Foundry Holdings Inc. DBA ProcurementGigs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. U.S. subscribers only. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you set up your account, or by opting in from your Membership page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For additional assistance, contact support@procurementgigs.ai. Participation in the ProcurementGigs Job Alerts program is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Membership Fees and Billing

Practitioner membership is $3.99 per month, or $39 per year if billed yearly, following a 30-day free trial. Members who joined on an earlier plan keep that plan's price unless we tell them otherwise in advance. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period after the trial unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your member portal or by contacting us.

Employer listing fees are charged per role listing as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate job search or hiring
• Attempt to contact other members outside the platform without their consent
• Share, sell, or transfer your account access to any other person
• Use automated means to access or scrape the service

Employer Terms

Employers represent that all job listings are for genuine, current open positions and link to the role on the employer’s own job page or careers site. We do not share member profiles or contact details with employers; members who choose to apply do so directly with the employer.

Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

ProcurementGigs is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding job placements, employer responses, or the accuracy of job listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to any claim.
